  • Renato Saltz

    M.D., F.A.C.S.

    Plastic surgeon Renato Saltz, MD, is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with an interest in cosmetic surgery. He is a native of Brazil, and is, therefore, able to extend his services to the international community. He especially enjoys facial rejuvenation, body contouring, breast surgery and reconstruction after cancer. He works to deliver his patients the best results with the highest level of attention to detail and patient care. In May, 2002, Dr. Saltz fulfilled a lifelong dream of opening his own plastic surgery clinic. He had previously practiced and taught plastic surgery at the University of Utah Wasatch Clinics and at the Summit Plastic Surgery Center in Park City from 1994-2002. Prior to that, he taught and practiced plastic surgery at the Medical College of Georgia from 1990-94. Dr. Saltz has been a pioneer in endoscopic surgery in the United States. He is also a leader in the community of international aesthetic medicine. He has held the esteemed positions of President of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Second-Vice President of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and Co-Chair of the American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting. Dr. Saltz is also the founder of Image Reborn Foundation of Utah, a non-profit organization in Utah dedicated to helping women with breast cancer.

  • Tracee Lolofie

    Business Adminstrator

    Tracee first met Dr. Saltz while working at the University of Utah. She stepped away to spend time raising her children, but in 2003 Dr. Saltz asked her to work part time at his new plastic surgery practice. She began working one afternoon per week, but eventually took on the position of Business Administrator full-time. Tracee enjoys her position managing the practice, but the best part of her job is meeting and interacting with new and existing patients. Tracee also helps coordinate and manage the American-Brazilian Aesthetic Meeting which is held in Park City, Utah, every other year. Tracee was born and raised in Holladay, Utah, and loves working and living in the area she has always called home.

  • Tara Thompson

    Registered Nurse

    Tara is a registered nurse and has been working in the field of plastic surgery and aesthetic nursing with Dr. Saltz since 2006. She is also a member of the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses and has years of experience assisting patients both before and after surgical procedures. Tara is certified by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector specializing in Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane and Perlane injections. Tara is a skilled and knowledgeable injector with an eye for understanding an individual’s aesthetic needs. Her devotion to patient satisfaction awards her a loyal and trusting patient following.

    CST/CSFA and Spa Coordinator

    I spent 14 years as an Office Administrator for an Orthopaedic Sales Company, continuing my education to practice 11 years as a Certified Surgical Technologist/Certified Surgical First Assistant in the Specialties of Plastic & Reconstructive, General, and Cardiovascular Medicine. I am currently serving as President for the Utah State Assembly of Surgical Technologists. During my career, I have participated in three humanitarian missions to Guatemala, performing surgeries such as cleft lip, cleft pallet repair, and burn scar contractures.

  • Jill Neibaur

    Master Esthetician

    Jill grew up in a small town in southern Idaho where she learned and developed her work ethic working on the family farm. In 1998, Jill was in a near-fatal car crash that changed her life and led her in the direction of medical aesthetics. Jill is a Licensed Master Esthetician and has worked with Dr. Renato Saltz for almost ten years. Jill loves what she does and enjoys making a difference in people’s lives by making them look and feel better about themselves. In April 2010, Jill was elected Parliamentarian of the Plastic Surgery Skin Care Specialist Board. She attended the World Burn Congress in October 2010 where she taught burn victims how to care for their skin and use camouflage make-up.

  • Torri Dulle

    Master Esthetician

    Torri Dulle, LME has a strong esthetic background and her remarkable people skills make her a great asset to Saltz Spa Vitoria & Saltz Plastic Surgery. Torri has worked with Dr Saltz since 2002. Torri became an aesthetician in 2000. Shortly afterwards, Torri was mentored by Diana Shumaker (written up in Vogue magazine many times) in San Luis Obispo, California for two years. In 2002, Torri joined Dr Saltz’s team at Saltz Spa Vitoria & Saltz Plastic Surgery. Recently she assisted Dr Saltz in the video “Cosmetic Medicine and Aesthetic Surgery Strategies for Success,” where she demonstrated Intense Pulsed Light Photo Rejuvenation. Along with her colleagues, she co-wrote a chapter in the book “Endoscopic Plastic Surgery” about photo rejuvenation and chemical peels. Torri has been a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS) since 2009. Torri continues her education through SPSSCS, and various field representatives. On many occasions she has had the privilege of being in the operating room viewing Dr Saltz’s surgeries. She is passionate about helping patients improve their skin. Her specialties are skin rejuvenation such as Thermage, IPL, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and many other treatments to enhance your beauty.

    After 18 years in the medical aesthetic industry, working in both California and Utah, my passion and philosophy remain the same — helping our patients look and feel their best! At Spa Vitoria, I use modalities such as medical chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and photo facials (IPL) to achieve that goal. Whether I am prepping skin for plastic surgery, helping maintain a patient’s surgical investment, or arranging a relaxing massage and facial to keep stress and wrinkles away, educating patients on correct medical skin care is a constant goal. I believe in correct home care as much as I do medical procedures here at Saltz Plastic Surgery & Saltz Spa Vitoria. Each patient is different, and, working with Dr. Saltz, I strive to meet their individual needs.

  • Yuliia Bacon

    Massage Therapist

    Yuliia Bacon is a NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork) certified licensed massage practitioner. Yuliia was born in Nicopol, Ukraine and graduated from the College of Nursing in Kiev. She came to the United States in 2002, graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2006, and became a licensed massage therapist. Yuliia has also completed studies in anatomy, obstetrics and psychiatry at the University of Utah. Yuliia is passionate about working with patients to help them with their recovery post-surgery using an advanced form of lymphatic massage that assists the body in clearing sluggish tissues of waste and swelling. With over eight years of experience, Yuliia enjoys using many modalities such as deep tissue, sports injury, and Swedish massage to help impact clients’ lives and assist them in achieving more long-term physical and mental health benefits. Yuliia is an active member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association).

    Detail-oriented, dedicated and passionate about everything she does, Marli brings Brazilian flavor and attitude to the Saltz Plastic Surgery & Saltz Spa Vitoria team! Teaching clients about their skin care and helping them look and feel their best is very rewarding for her. Marli worked for nearly 20 years in Brazil as an attorney. Looking for an improved quality of life and the opportunity to learn a new language and culture, she decided to make Salt Lake her new home in 2002. Marli got her Medical Aesthetics degree from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics, graduating with honors. As she gained experience in the industry, her love and passion for the medical side grew, especially working with lasers. Marli’s native language is Portuguese and she also speaks Spanish. Teamwork, ethics, and creativity are the most important things to Marli. She is honored to be a part of the Saltz Plastic Surgery & Saltz Spa Vitoria team, and values the opportunities she has each day to help her clients.

    Malinda is a graduate of the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics. She has a background in the visual, performing, and healing arts. Malinda has practiced aesthetics for several years in both her own practice, as well as top destination spas in Park City. Honored to become a member of the Saltz Spa Vitoria team, she brings her skin care philosophy of “art + science = beauty” to each of her treatments. Her goal is to help every client get their skin to optimal condition while simultaneously experiencing a relaxing escape! She is a native Texan who enjoys Southern hospitality, Southern cooking, bird watching, hiking, and needlework.

    Massage Therapist

    Marlo ViVenzio has been a National Certified Massage Therapist since 1996. In 1999 she became Certified in Equassage (Equine Sport Massage Therapy) and in 2001 she became a licensed Aesthetician. In 2002 she had the opportunity to work with Dr.Saltz and be part of the team to open Saltz Spa Vitoria. Marlo worked at Saltz Spa Vitoria for five years specializing in Lymphatic Drainage on clients just out of surgery. She was certified through Upledger Institute for Lymphatic Drainage Therapy in 2003, and for CranioSacral Therapy I&II in 2004. Marlo also offers expertise in a unique blend of treatments ranging from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, and LaStone Therapy. In the spring of 2016, Marlo took advantage of a wonderful opportunity to come full circle and work with Dr.Saltz at Saltz Spa Victoria, this time at the Park City location. Marlo is passionate about the one-on-one relationship she has with each patient, and is devoted to the care needed through bodywork to assist with a faster, more comfortable healing process.
